Top Korean actor Hyun Bin will be able to attend the Berlin International Film Festival next month, according to his agency AM Entertainment on Monday.
The actor, along with actress Lim Soo-jung, had been invited to this year’s Berlinale with their film "Come Rain, Come Shine" which has been picked to compete for the top honor of the Golden Bear at the fest, but he had to receive permission by the Korean government first since he is set to enter the military in early March as part of fulfilling the country’s two-year mandatory military service.
